AMY WILLIAMS

Fearless Amy ended Team GB’s 30-year wait for a Winter Olympic individual gold medal when she won the skeleton at Vancouver 2010. In doing so, she became the first British woman to strike solo gold at the winter games since Jeannette Altwegg in 1952.

It’s not just the adrenaline rush of an icy track that inspires Amy, though. Like us, she shares a love of all sport and is committed to encouraging and motivating everyone, especially women, in all walks of life, to embrace and experience the benefits of regular exercise.

Calling on all the knowledge she gained during her career, Amy is now a personal trainer, athlete mentor, television presenter and motivational speaker, while juggling motherhood with her own fitness journey.
